Weekend adventures

We enjoyed another perfect Portland weekend.  We explored Sellwood (including a wildlife refuge, amusement park, and the Willamette River). Dog came with us and found that drinking river water doesn't cause the same trouble as drinking the ocean.

Sunday was near 90 in Portland so we headed west.  We found the fog and a starfish.  Slowly but surely we are changing our expectations of what a trip to the beach means in Oregon.  We will leave sun bathing and swimming for So Cal or Hawaii.
